Managed a Repairs and Maintenance multi-trade group established in 2010 providing regular preventive maintenance service and minor construction projects to Barge Landing, Creeburn Lodge, Husky Sunrise, Kearl Lake, Kirby Lake and Fort Hills.

‍Detailed Project Accomplishments:

• Fort Hills: Secured Tyvek wrap around containers.
• Kirby: Upgraded facility lighting by replacing fixtures.
• Kearl Lake : Conducted furnace maintenance, including filter replacement, ensuring heating systems operate efficiently.
• Husky Sunrise: Implemented various upgrades including executive trailer connections, security cameras, CO/NO2 detectors, water skid, make-up air dampeners, fans for Norseman tent, and metal checker plate flooring in kitchen areas. Additional tasks included thermostat replacement, wall framing, door installation, emergency generator connections, septic tank delivery, lift station pump replacement, security shack relocation with electrical setup, GFI installations for vehicle plugs, and emergency muster point signage.
• Creeburn Lodge: Executed washroom renovations, copper line replacements, and carpentry for kitchen steam line installations. Managed the demobilization of the expansion camp with comprehensive utility disconnection and site cleanup. Renovated lunchrooms including reconfiguration for improved utility and aesthetics.
• Barge Landing: Revitalized the kitchen and dining room with new flooring, partition wall construction, and a covered deck addition. Introduced a new washroom, renovated the dishwashing area with substantial plumbing and flooring upgrades, installed additional walls for electrical safety, constructed a new office, and upgraded the boot room flooring. Additional enhancements included flooring under gas grills, plumbing repairs, commissary construction, KDR painting, games room renovation, and support for dorm demobilization.
