Served as a member of the Ontario Facilities Maintenance Contract Transition Team at the Canadian Forces armories, based out of the Denison Armoury, Toronto, ON, July-September 2013. Responsibilities included expanding the scope of the Quality Management System (QMS), engaging in direct liaison with clients, and conducting staff performance evaluations.
